UK Installer favourite: Solis, is quite unique in the way it recruits and utilises the resource in its support team across Europe. A “One Team” pan European approach means there is an abundance of experience from across Europe gained from some of the industry’s largest inverter brands such as ABB/Fimer, Huawei and SMA.
You now benefit from an experienced and dedicated team supporting fantastic UK installers with troubleshooting and giving on-site support when needed. Here are just a few of the faces that might be on the end of that next call…
Domenico Mastronunzio
Working in the renewable industry since 2010 and settled in sunny Scotland, Domenico has an abundance of experience gained from commissioning and troubleshooting wind turbines and solar inverters with the likes of ABB. Prior to joining Solis, he was also delivering technical training to entry level technicians. Just be careful of that fiery Italian temper!
Eric Davanture
Eric is a seasoned installer and designer of electrical systems working for over 8 years in the field. Since 2020 he has been delivering technical support on solar inverters with SMA and brings this experience to the UK support team.
Jack Healy
Jack is a qualified electrical engineer with over a decade in the UK solar industry. Prior to joining Solis, he was working in technical and operational roles at ABB/Fimer. Unlike on a night out, when it comes to Solis support Jack never goes AWOL.
Diego Beluche
Diego brings the Spanish sunshine to the team, supporting from his home in Spain. He is a civil engineer by qualification and has over 20 years in the construction industry. He's honing his solar knowledge with Solis and where's best place for that? With UK installers of course!
Toby Lubbock
Meet Toby, another seasoned solar professional and electrical engineer with over a decade of industry experience in the UK. You guessed it, Solis snapped him up from "powerhouse" PowerOne ABB/Fimer.
Alex Stoica
Based in his home country of Romania Alex has 10+ years of solar industry experience. He has worked in the field installing as well as having over 4 years in technical support with Huawei before joining Solis in 2021.
Arie van Dam
Not to be confused with the less technically proficient, Jean Claude (who wouldn't be any use to you), Arie has over 5 years solar PV industry experience. Prior to joining Solis, he was with SMA supporting wholesalers and installers across the UK and Benelux region with all their after-sales needs.
