[Extract from their release] As part of the UK investment team, it will be expected that the succesful person play a lead role in all areas of the M&A lifecycle, actively participating in the delivery of the strategy, supporting the constant improvement of process, developing talent and being a student of the industry in leading research initiatives. As a VP you will have the demonstrable ability in the delivery of M&A deals and in setting pace and consistency for others in the wider team.
